Who we are

Caiflo is provided by Stride Innovations ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Caiflo you agree to these terms.

What Caiflo does

Caiflo helps founders build financial operating models and helps investors review them. Scores, flags, suggestions and benchmarks are prompts for judgement. They are not investment, tax, accounting or legal advice, and you should not rely on them as such.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Give accurate details, including the email address you use. Investor share links only work for the invited, confirmed email address.
We may suspend accounts that misuse the service, try to break its security, or break the law.

Your content

You own the models, assumptions and files you put into Caiflo. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you.
When you share a model with an investor, they can view it and comment until you revoke access.
Only upload spreadsheets you have the right to share. Uploaded X-ray files are deleted once they have been read.

Automated features

Some features, such as quick drafts, research and the analyst review, use automated analysis that runs in our Microsoft Azure account. Their output can be wrong, so check it before relying on it. Your content is never used to train third-party models.

Plans and payment

Prices are shown on the pricing page in GBP, excluding VAT. Paid plans renew until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time. Fair-use limits apply to drafts, research runs and X-ray uploads.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Caiflo available and accurate but provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions made using the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you about significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
