A score and a list of red flags
There are 44 checks covering the maths, how optimistic the growth is, unit economics, staffing, debt and funding, working capital and tax, followed by a deeper analyst review. On Estride it spots growth that never slows down, margins too high for hardware, subscribers who never cancel, a sales team that stays at one person, and a seed round that arrives after the cash has gone.

Works with the founder's own spreadsheet
Upload the workbook the founder sent you. Caiflo reads it, rebuilds the numbers and runs the same X-ray. It also looks for spreadsheet slips, like numbers typed over formulas or saved as text, and tells you the sheet and cell.
